You are already alright. || Acharya Prashant (2016)

I am operating from fulfillment; I am already alright.

Now, I go around looking, searching, meeting, experiencing, going up, coming down; I am doing all of these.

I am doing all of these as the one who is alright with himself, healthy and contented.

So, whatever I do, I do as the contented one.

I go up in contentment; I come down in contentment. Now, is going up right? Who bothers?

Is there a thing as free will? || Acharya Prashant (2016)

Concentration will come as a very strong mark on the memory. If you are concentrating on something, it will be imprinted in very bold ways on the memory.

Attention will come like a gap in the memory.
If you are really here, you will forget my words. If you are really here, you will forget my presence. If you are really here, you will forget that I am a body. Then, there is attention and that is a connection to the divine. Now, you are not connecting to a man, a body. Now you are not hearing words, now you are listening. Now you are not connected to somebody outside of you. Now you are connected to to your heart, and that is attention.

I request you, please forget everything that I say. None of this is to be memorized.

The right action always looks strange, the wrong action always looks known || Acharya Prashant (2016)

Wrong action comes from one’s own personal priorities, likes and dislikes, choices and preferences. From there, whatever comes is the wrong action.

Whatever you decide and do for yourself, even with the best of intentions, is the improper action.

When you step back and let life function through you, that is the right action.

When you step back and let your personal priorities be subservient to something far bigger than yourself, then that is the right action.

We all have only one destiny and that destiny is Truth || Acharya Prashant (2016)

All that is predetermined is that you are the Truth. That is the destiny. What is the definition of destiny? Destiny is that which is unavoidable. Destiny is that to which you necessarily come to. Destiny is that which will be your end. Your end is in your dissolution. Your end is in your surrender. You may think of yourself as anything and keep wandering here and there. But, the wandering itself causes the wanderer so much of suffering that he drops all his fancy ideas about himself. We all have only one destiny and that destiny is Truth, there is no other destiny.

Who am I? The honesty with which I admit ‘I am my identities’ || Acharya Prashant (2016)

Spirituality is not about abstract mumbo-jumbo. Spirituality is simple and direct common sense; coming in touch with simple facts of one’s life. Spirituality is not meant to take you anywhere else – some heaven, some Paramatman, some enlightenment. Spirituality is meant to show you where you are exactly. When you see where you are, then you reach where you must.
