Acharya Prashant on Khalil Gibran: How to know the right work for oneself?

Man is the only one, who has to support his ambitions as well. Man is the only one, who has to support his psychological self as well. Then obviously, supporting yourself becomes a burden.

Then obviously, just carrying on with life, becomes a burden. Because life is demanding so much.

If a Christian is one who loves Christ, I am absolutely a Christian || Acharya Prashant (2016)

Joy is for men and pleasure is for kids.

Joy is only for those who can handle it.

Joy is the pleasure that you get when your heart is being stabbed.

It is a pleasure but that kind of a pleasure, only real men can take it.

Pleasure is the pleasure of toys, pleasure is the pleasure of kids.

Joy is the pleasure of taking it on your chest.

Joy is the biggest pleasure.

How to read the scriptures? || Acharya Prashant (2016)

So, feel free, totally free, don’t have that fear that you must follow the conventional.

Religion is not at all about going a particular line, going down the beaten track, not at all.

Religion is extremely dynamic, religion is more modern than modern.

Religion does not consist of rituals.

Religion means, ‘I will live my life with Honesty and Truth’. And are honesty and truth outdated things? Are Honesty and Truth something that belongs to the seventh or first centuries.

They don’t right!

Is love something would take as primordial? And without religion what love are you talking about?

So religion is cool, religion is young, religion is vigour but not the religion that is touted, not the religion that is being publicised.

Joy is the taste of Ultimate madness || Acharya Prashant (2014)

Become a little less clever.

Get rid of your smartness.

Do act like an idiot.

It’s okay, you will not be harmed. Nothing is supposed to be a particular way. Try breaking the ways a little. Check out for yourself whether you are harmed? And even if you are harmed, how much is the harm? How much is the harm? You are anyway being harmed every time.

A little bit of madness is welcome, very welcome.
